Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate certified Pilates Instructor to launch this new wellness community. As a key member of our team, you will deliver expert-led Pilates classes that promote strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Your role will inspire clients of all levels to achieve their wellness goals.

ABOUT US:

Rewilden Studio is a premium holistic wellness center opening April 2026 in Harpers Ferry, WV. We combine Joseph Pilates' original teachings with modern holistic wellness—Pilates reformer, spinning, meditation, sound healing, and sauna. Small classes, professional equipment, and a supportive community.

THE POSITION:

Classically Trained Pilates Instructor to teach small group reformer classes and private sessions. Teach Beginner's Reformer and Restore Reformer (intermediate) classes with personalized instruction—never more than 5 students. Develop "You & Me" parent-child Pilates classes.

Full-time | Minimum 5-7 classes/week, ideal 10-12 classes/week

Schedule needs: Early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings, Saturday mornings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

✓ Pilates Certification (Peak Pilates®, BASI, Balanced Body, Romana's, Classical Pilates, or equivalent)
✓ Certification must include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
✓ Current CPR/AED certification
✓ Strong anatomical knowledge and modification skills
✓ Excellent communication and cueing
✓ Minimum 1 year teaching experience preferred

Preferred: 2+ years experience, pre/postnatal or family Pilates certification, Peak Pilates equipment experience, classical methodology background

Peak Pilates® | BASI Pilates | Balanced Body | Romana's Pilates | Classical Pilates | Polestar Pilates | Other recognized comprehensive programs

Must be full comprehensive (all apparatus, not mat/reformer only)

In your cover letter, please explain your training background. We use Peak Pilates equipment, so experience on Peak apparatus is a plus but not required.
